I have a 2 story stairwell with a major echo. I did an accent wall 8ft wide x 13 ft high. Looks amazing and the echo is gone. The planks cut easy with a sharp utility knife. I worked closely with Corey Haren wherein I decided to use two (2) standard panels and add a center wood stip to permit total area coverage without having to spend more for custom sizing. Added velcro to get tight coverage. The end result is Blackout (Light), Noise Reduction and with added curtains I believe my final result looks more professional.
As you look at my shared visuals you can see how I adapted the panels. A would like to better understand how I might supplement what I have done preferrably without tearing out drywall, etc. I suggest anyone faced with noise engress such as mine in new builds would utilize Audimute's Products in the initial construction... unfortunately not the case for me.
